Mrs. Hoyt’s Science classes participated in an Escape Room Challenge involving lab safety. In the limited amount of time the students had, only two students were able to open the large briefcase lock box.

Ms. Haley, the junior high counselor, and Officer Winner spoke with the junior high students about the importance of social media and internet safety. Students learned how to keep themselves safe and what to do if they encounter an issue.

Mrs. Backer’s 6th grade class has been trapped in their classroom! Students had to use their adding and subtracting decimal skills to escape.

5th graders worked together to build “respect scenes” during SEL. They also enjoyed the relaxing feel of sand in their hands!

Mrs. Knapp took Mrs. Bell's 4th grade class out to the courtyard today. They used their observation skills to draw the plants, parts of plants, decorations, down spouts, benches, and a cricket!

Mr. DeVenney’s class has been working to figure out how we move our bodies. We’ve created models of our fingers, felt our muscles working as we wiggled our fingers, and watched how the tendons work in a chicken foot.

Softball game is canceled for tonight as well. We are not rescheduling and the ladies will practice tonight after school. There will a shuttle for transportation as well.

Hello Storm Families!
Tonight’s home BVJH baseball game vs Peru has been canceled due to the field conditions. There will be no baseball practice tonight and we will not be rescheduling the game. Thank you!
