On Fridays, Life Skills enjoys playing games together to work on taking turns and social skills.
Algebra 1 brushing up on their fraction skills with a challenging math game!
Comsumer Ed students were given different scenarios for people filing their income taxes. In groups, students used Form 1040 and an online simulation to find out if they would get a refund or owe more money.
The American History I class is completing presentations on the Progressive Movement of the late 19th and early 20th Centuries. These include the push for Child Labor Laws, Labor Unions, the Conservation movement, the Temperance and Suffrage movements.
🎉🍩 Straight from the heart of Louisiana, the Advanced Foods students whipped up some fluffy, powdered sugar-covered beignets—and let’s just say, they didn’t last long!
