Mrs. Henegar's class got into the Halloween spirit this morning by sharing their spooky narrative writing by the Halloween "fireplace". Students wrote scary stories using elements of plot, similes, adjectives and proper nouns. Good job everyone!

Thank you to the WFD for spending the day with us! We appreciate the reminder to check our smoke detectors and talk with families about having a plan in the event of an emergency. We were able to present them with a check from money raised through our 9/11 rememberance as well.

We wanted to remind you that BV schools will dismiss at 11:00 tomorrow for our SIP day. There will be no lunch served. The book fair will be open 11-12 . It will also be open from 4-7 during the parent teacher conferences. You can still call the office to schedule a conference.
