Whiskers enjoyed going with the 5th graders to STEM this morning.

4th and 5th grade students at BVE in Manlius enjoyed their February STEM challenge. Students practiced their measuring skills by using construction paper to create a football field. They used their engineering skills to construct their goal post out of pipe cleaners and straws. Finally they created a triangular football out of paper. Students were then able to combine all three of their creations to see how many field goals they could score.
