⚡️ STORM ATHLETICS UPDATE ⚡️
Due to current Wet Bulb Globe Temperature (WBGT) readings and in accordance with IHSA guidelines:
⛳️ Today’s Bureau County Golf Match, scheduled for 2:00 PM, has been CANCELED.
🏈 As of now, we are planning for a 7:00 PM kickoff at Storm Stadium. The forecasted WBGT around kickoff looks favorable, and we are hopeful conditions will allow us to start on time!
We will continue monitoring WBGT readings throughout the afternoon and communicate any changes if necessary.

Due to the current Wet Bulb Globe Temperature (WBGT) readings, IHSA guidelines do not allow competition to begin under the current conditions. As a result, we have the following updates for today:
⛳ Boys & Girls Golf — CANCELED. No practice today.
🏈 Football — Practice will begin right after school in the BVHS Storm Cellar, until 5:00 PM.
🏃 Cross Country — Practice will take place in Walnut as scheduled, with coaches following the IHSA WBGT practice protocol.
