
Today we had Eddie Korosa Jr. out to Manlius to play Oktoberfest favorites for our students. If he looks familiar, he is from the movie “Home Alone”. The kids (and adults) had a wonderful time!

BVHS JV Golf results from Monday, Sept.19th:Bureau Valley placed 2nd overall out of 9 teams! Individually Atticus Middleton placed 4th, Logan Philhower placed 6th and Landon Smith placed 12th. Congrats to those 3 individuals for placing in the top 12!

Researchers practicing the scientific method revise their hypotheses as more data becomes available. Chemistry students use the information on checks to tell a story, and then update the story as more information is revealed.




Miss Jacobs Agribusiness class practiced some marketing skills this week by making posters and brochures about the benefits of joining FFA!

Freshman-Sophomore cross-country team takes 3rd overall in the 38-team Dale Donner Invitational! Elijah House and Ben Roth 6th and 24th in the Varsity race!

Dale Donner cross country invite results: Bureau Valley FS Boys finished 3rd overall as team. Maddox Moore was our top finisher finishing 20th. The Varsity Boys race Elijah House finished 6th and Ben Roth finished 24th individually.

Students in Miss Johnston’s Food Science made bread and it was delicious!
Next, they will place one slice from each loaf in a bag and over time compare to store bought bread to observe a difference in preservation techniques! Let the molding begin!
