The Orientation to Family & Consumer Science students have been busy building real-life skills! From learning about credit cards, banking, check writing, and purchasing a vehicle, they’ve been diving into financial literacy.
To wrap it all up before Spring Break, students put their knowledge to the test by playing the Game of Life—making choices, managing money, and experiencing a glimpse of their future!

Congratulations to Maddie Wetzell and Andrew Roth! They both received awards and prizes for their winning essays in the VFW Voice of Democracy Essay Contest. Great work!
The Ag Constitution students had a chance to combine multiple skills this week by making concrete cookie dough! We have been learning about concrete foundations and components. They applied that knowledge to cookie dough, mixing the hydrating ingredients, binders, and aggregates together before having to form their cookie dough into a slab-on-grade foundation. It was a delicious way to put their concrete knowledge to the test!
