Physical Science students work to prove the Law of Conservation of Energy. The potential energy at the top of the hill must equal the kinetic energy at the bottom of the hill. The effect of changing the mass and height is also investigated.
The varsity Scholastic Bowl team went 1 and 1 last night with a win over Morrison (200-140) and a loss to Riverdale (270-120). Their record stands at 4-3 for the season.

Earth Science students have been studying the atmosphere and weather. Here are pictures of their 8 ft tall scaled diagrams of the atmosphere and a barometer to indicate air pressure and its connection to weather conditions.
