It has been a perfect week for our walking unit in Personal Fitness!
We also can't wait to use the new digital scoreboards to follow along with fitness videos. A big thank you to the sponsors that brought this dream to life! (Marquis Energy, Central Bank, TCI, and BV Boosters)
General PE classes took advantage of the beautiful weather this week and began the football unit. The students worked on skills to prepare for competitive games next week. Coach Elder even made an appearance to help students learn how to throw Joe Montana! 🏈

🏐 Volleyball
- Freshmen Storm came out strong with a 2–0 sweep over Newman (25–22, 25–15). JV Storm also handled business, winning 2–0 (25–11, 25–19). In Varsity action, the Storm battled but fell to Newman 0–2 (23–25, 16–25).
⛳ Boys Golf (at Country View, Geneseo & Rock Falls)
- Wyatt Novotny paced the Storm with an impressive 35, followed by solid rounds from Logan Philhower (43), Chase Stier (44), William Miller (46), Drake Taylor (47), and Atticus Middleton (51). In JV play, Cash Stull led the way with a 51, followed closely by Levi Slock and Lukah Miller at 54. Eli Johnson and Carson Michlig each finished at 57, while Noah Donaway shot a 71 to round out the Storm’s lineup.
⛳ Girls Golf (at Hidden Lake, Sterling)
- Michaela Noder led the Storm with a 60, followed by Grace Phillips with a 64 in match play against Sterling.
Great effort across the board from all of our student-athletes! Proud of the way the Storm continues to compete!
