Bureau Valley High School recently attended the inaugural Association of Illinois Rural and Small Schools (AIRSS) conference in Decatur. Senior Kaitlyn Shook represented the district on a student panel, sharing her perspective on rural education.

Also in attendance were Principal Mr. Price, Industrial Tech teacher Jeff Harris, and Ag teacher Caseelynn Shimmin. They were joined by Keegan Roth, representing John Deere. It was an excellent opportunity to connect with leaders from across the state and bring valuable insights back to our school.
