Life Skills had a blast making a delicious Thanksgiving meal. The students cooked a turkey, mashed potatoes, stuffing, corn, croissants, and mini pumpkin pies for dessert. They all did a wonderful job and had fun doing it too!
Ryan Carlson of the IT department won this year's Annual BVJHE turkey bowling contest. Congratulations Ryan!
Health classes received their CPR training this week from Nurse Ledergerber and Mrs. Clark. Students learned how to successfully complete CPR and the use of an AED for all ages. Officer Winner also gave health and anatomy students a quick training on treating bleeding wounds.

A huge thank-you to everyone who joined us for this year’s Bureau Valley High School Thanksgiving Tournament! Both our Storm Varsity and JV teams finished with wins on night 3, and 2nd overall! They showed incredible effort and determination all week long. This tournament was a great way to kick off the basketball season for Storm girls' basketball!
Congratulations to Riverdale for claiming the Varsity Championship and to Erie-Prophetstown for earning the JV title🏆
Special shoutout to Libby Endress and Brooke Helms for earning All-Tournament Team honors, along with the six other outstanding student-athletes from competing schools! 👏
