Strength and Conditioning students participated in a "Pro Week" to start off second semester. All students were tested in a variety of metrics including a 10 Yard Fly, Triple Broad Jump, 40 Yard Dash, Vertical Jump and Pro Agility. These metrics will be retested a number of times throughout the semester, which allows teachers, coaches and student-athletes to find opportunities for improvement! 🏀🏈⚾️🥎🏐⛳️🏃♂️
