The varsity Scholastic Bowl team went 2-1 last night at Kewanee, with wins over Newman (240-120) and Monmouth-Roseville (170-80). Princeton narrowly beat BV in Round 9 (190-180).

Physical Science students are using pulleys to demonstrate the conservation of energy and mechanical advantage. The ratio of the output force and input force gives the mechanical advantage, which can be confirmed by counting the number of supporting strings.
