Annual volleyball SIDS Night was a huge success. All of the money that was raised will be donated to the Aden Lamps Foundation.
Kids enjoyed taco, cat, cheese, goat, pizza card game durning out SIP day activities.

The Bureau Valley Cross-Country team competed on their home course in Walnut on Tuesday. The boys team beat Princeton (53), Kewanee (53), Hall (72) and Saint Bede (no score) with a team score of 45. Only Princeton was able to field a full team in the girls race.

The Life Skills class enjoyed their first (of many) shopping trips to Walmart of the school year.
Once we got back we had a dance party with Mr. Bickett. Packer fans chose the song while Bears fans did a silly dance.

Physical Science students begin their study of motion by collecting position and time data for a toy car as it moves along a paper "road." Graphing the data allows the velocity of the car to be determined.

This week they competed in the Fall 2023 Burger Bash! Teams battled to make the BEST burger with their own original recipe! A prestigious panel of judges (BV Staff Members) selected the champions! The Beef for the burgers was raised and donated by Food Science student, Makaila Craft!

Agriculturalists all over use pH for activities like testing soil, preserving food, plant health, understanding animal digestion, and so much more! Students in Introduction to Agriculture tested the pH of different household substances to learn a little more about pH!
