Mrs. Henegar's and Mrs. Kluever's 4th grade students kicked off the 12 Days of Kindness this week. Students made compliment presents for one another and designed bookmarks for our library.
Mrs. Kluever's Student of the Month for the month of November was Owen Wilt! Owen had earned the title by being a hard worker, by being respectful to students and staff, and by accepting new challenges. Congratulations, Owen!

In SEL, we read Balloons Over Broadway, which shares the story of how the famous Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade balloons were created. We discussed all the problem-solving that went into making the balloons and connected it to how we problem-solve in our own lives and what tools help us succeed. Then, we got to make our own balloons! Everyone loved the creative process and was excited to show off their unique designs!
