This is a reminder that Fannie May needs to be turned in with your student(s) TOMORROW Monday, October 7th. In order for everyone to receive their orders by late fall, we WILL NOT be accepting incomplete or late orders. We will send your incomplete order packet back home with your student, and you will be responsible for contacting everyone you sold to during the sale. As a reminder, there are three organizations selling at the same time. It is critical for each child to keep their fundraising money separate from their siblings. We want to make sure that each organization is receiving correct profits. We appreciate your participation in this fundraiser, as it helps with field trips, classroom needs, and technology. THANK YOU!
The 2nd installment of milk/juice money is due tomorrow, Friday, October 4th. If you have not already done so, please send $22.00 with your child to school.
Bureau Valley Wyanet will officially open their snack shop on Friday, October 4th. Students are able to buy snacks from the snack shop on Fridays during their snack time. Each snack cost .40 cents. Items will vary throughout the year. The store may contain Goldfish, animal crackers, crackers with cheese, Cheez-its, popcorn, or teddy grahams.
We will start taking appointments for Parent/Teacher Conferences on Monday, September 30th. Parent/Teacher Conferences will be held on Thursday, October 10th and Thursday, October 17th from 4:00-7:00 pm. Please call for an appointment at 815/699-2251.

Mrs. Klingenberg's kindergarten class ended their apple unit by making applesauce! All the kiddos got to help peel and cut the apples! It cooked all day, and they tasted it at snack time.

The students and staff at Bureau Valley Wyanet enjoyed NED's Mindset Mission Assembly today. NED and our students went on a journey to find their positive mindset. On their journey, they learned about never giving up, encouraging others, and doing your best!
We will be dismissing tomorrow, September 12th, at 11:00am for our SIP day. Please make sure you have made arrangements for your child after school. AM Pre-K will be attending school from 8:00-10:30 am.
Wednesday, September 11, 2024 is hat day at Wyanet! Your child is able to wear a hat to school for a monetary donation. All proceeds will be divided and given to our local fire stations in remembrance of 9/11.

2. Please send lunch money to school with your child or go online in Teacherease and post money to their account.
3. Please make sure your child has an extra set of clothing at the school in case of accidents or spills.
