Students in Mrs. Roth's Physical Science class have been learning about characteristics of various compounds. Here they have set up an investigation to test the pH level of various substances and determine if each is an acid, neutral, or a base. First students hypothesized the pH level based on what they have already learned and then determined if their hypothesis was correct using indicator strips and a color coded index.

🧬 Intro to Ag - DNA Models 🧬 What are some ways that agriculturalists may use knowledge of DNA and genetics? The Agriscience Investigators in Mrs. Shimmin’s Intro to Ag class are exploring that question! Students constructed their own DNA models learning how DNA replicates, that Cytosine combines with Guanine, and Adenine combines with Thymine!
