2nd Grade enjoyed our field trip to Timberlake Playhouse. We saw the play "Don't Let the Pigeon Drive the Bus!" It was a great play and had us all laughing! We learned to never give up from Pigeon! Then we enjoyed a picnic lunch and some playground time at a park in Sterling!

Our students had a blast exploring their new classrooms this week and getting a sneak peek into what next year holds! They were able to ask questions, meet their future teachers, and get excited for all the new adventures ahead. It was a wonderful chance for them to see the fun and exciting things coming their way
Our students have been working hard all year—and it shows! We’ve seen awesome growth in benchmarking, and we couldn’t be more proud of their progress!
Whether it was reading, math, or both, these students showed determination, focus, and a can-do attitude. Way to go, learners!

Today we celebrate three amazing students who have earned the President’s Education Award—a recognition of their dedication, perseverance, and academic success.
These students have shown what it means to work hard, lead by example, and never give up. We are so proud of their accomplishments and can’t wait to see all they’ll achieve next!
4th grade students in Walnut fisnish the year with reading the novel " I Survived the Sinking of the Titanic". To culminate the unit, students received the identity of a Titanic passenger, attended a tea party, and performed a play for 2nd grade students.
Congrats to Emma Stull and all the graduates of 2025! Emma has been interning with us this semester. We wish her well in her next adventure.
3rd grade loved their field trip to Putnam Museum! They got to experience a lot of hands-on science activities, as well as learn about local and global wildlife and cultures. Fun was had by all!
These students are Striving for Excellence. They have worked hard on i-Ready and met the benchmark to be rewarded with a Culvers gift card. Congratulations and keep up the GREAT work!
